Hey gorgeous souls,

I can’t wait to share my free recording of a yoga nidra meditation (12 minutes). This is a  meditation which can help you to reach a state between awake + sleep which is highly relaxing. It’s a great meditation for reducing stress + tension.  You are guided around the body to take your awareness to each point in the body + at these points we place stars to bring awareness.

Schizophrenia is a contraindication so if you have this please try out one of my other meditations instead.
