This is a comprehensive workshop designed to help you re-set and recharge to face your working day. You don’t have to be in paid employment to find this workshop beneficial. This can apply to all and any responsibility you have and your approach to it.

We’ll practice a kundalini yoga kriya , enjoy a gong relaxation and yoga nidra (the yoga of sleep) and spend some time setting our intentions for work.
