What kind of meditation do I teach?

My guided relaxations allow you to lie back + relax completely. You simply bring a blanket + any pillows you need to lie comfortably.

The relaxation involves me guiding your through a visualisation based around a theme. You simply lie back, stay with your breath + let the relaxation take you where you need to be.

Sometimes the relaxations will involve gentle music or gong.
