Hey gorgeous souls,

I wanted to just give you a practical tip today to help you bring relaxation + focus into your life.

Walking meditation is a fantastic way to take the opportunity to practically take some you time without necessarily having to stop everything.

Try this

As you are walking around in your daily life do these two things:

  1. Press your index finger to your thumb, then your middle finger, then your ring finger, then your little finger

  2. As you do this chant SA (index) TA (middle) NA (ring) MA (little)

  3. Walk your feet in step so Left (SA), Right (TA), Left (Na), Ma (Right)

That’s it!

The mantra, finger tapping + timing the feet brings your mind into focus. It stops the monkey mind running away with itself + allows you to centre.
