Sizzle a chopped onion in a pan until soft. Add a chopped clove of garlic, some chopped coriander leavers & 5 tablespoons of curry powder. Cook for a few minutes.


Add the onion mix, a can of chickpeas & some toasted walnuts. Tip into a bowl and mix in 1 grated carrot and some lime zest. Add 3 teaspoons of coconut milk to bind it. Add pepper.

Shape into patties and pat with flour to keep together. Leave to cool for at least 30 minutes before cooking.


Sizzle burgers in a frying pan, cook until golden. Then serve in pittas!
