Dear wonderful gems,
This one’s short + sweet one today.
If something feels wrong. Trust your gut. If you aren’t sure about something. Trust your gut.
It doesn’t mean you have to react in the first way you feel like reacting. Just sit, breathe + allow yourself to think + reflect on why the alarm bells are going off.
I write to help me work things out. I write lists or just stream of consciousness. I write until it becomes clear to me what my gut (or in other words, my intuition) needed to tell me.
Do whatever works for you but listen to that something inside of you that is telling you to pay some kind of attention. Your job is to work out what you’re supposed to do next.
So, sweet ones, trust it. It’s your internal compass. It’s there for a reason. Listen. Explore. Be open. See what happens.
