If you are looking for a type of yoga which focuses on postures and breathing but also meditation + mantra then kundalini yoga is for you.  Each week will involve a different kriya (yoga set) and meditations. This is perfect for you if you are looking for a spiritual angle to your yoga class. We focus on a different theme each term.

Theme for this term: Kundalini yoga for the spine

What do I have to do?

come to the centre in relaxed clothes. bring a blanket, a bottle of water + an open mind.

please bring a yoga mat if you have one although there are a few to borrow.
