MEDITATION: KIRTAN KRIYA – GREAT TO DO WITH CHILDREN!
Dearest lovely one,
This is a lovely meditation to practice by yourself or you can even have your kids take part! It’s a kirtan kriya meditation.
We are chanting: SA TA NA MA
If 11 minutes is too long for your little ones then you can reduce it down – try 1 minute aloud, 1 minute whisper, 1.5 minutes silent, 1 minute whisper + 1 minute aloud. Don’t forget to use the unicorn visualisation to make it really fun!
