Hi sweet ones,

Just a super short + sweet post this week to share my morning smoothie recipe as I haven’t shared one in a while. This is a great one to kickstart your day + get a good dose of healthy fruit + protein into your diet.

Here it is:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, cranberries, raspberries etc.)
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp wheatgrass powder
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp goji berries
  • {BONUS INGREDIENT: 1 inch of seaweed – if you dare :)}
  • add enough coconut water to reach the top of the ingredients

Blend. Yummy!

I personally recommend the Morphy Richards blender for this as you can just flip the container over + add a lid + straw + you’re done 🙂
