Your mind is a powerful thing. You are having literally thousands of thoughts every day that contribute to how you act and feel. It makes sense to direct those thoughts down a pathway that leads you towards the life you want to live.
We tend to have a lot of thoughts that are not abundant. Most people live in negative cycles of thought, mentally assessing what is missing or lacking. How many times a day do you catch yourself thinking I wish or if only?
Living in abundance means living in abundant thought. It’s about starting to change that conversation. So perhaps we might start to mentally say I am grateful for or I am worthy of.
I want to help change the conversation.
In March I am running a free abundant hearts challenge in my Bliss-Seekers 2016 facebook group. All you have to do is join the group and get ready to participate in our daily commitment to abundance for March. We are already undertaking other challenges + uplifting each other in the group now so you can join today to feel the love. If you want to start today, why not determine one positive way to end this sentence. Choose something you want to positively manifest in your life. I am worthy of ___________. It could be I am worthy of a new job, I am worthy of a loving relationship, I am worthy of love. Whatever you want.
Repeat this to yourself either mentally or out loud for at least 1 minute. Keep showing up and doing it every day. Even when you don’t feel like it.
