No time to create a full meal? Try these delicious, healthy  avocado snacks.

Pop some rice cakes on a plate (go wholemeal, check the salt isn’t high)

Mush up some avocado. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and grind some black pepper over it.

Spread into your rice cakes.

Top with nut of your choice (I go for walnuts, or pecans if I want something  a tad sweeter).
