For most of the session you’ll be lying down while Raeeka gently guides you through calming meditations and visualisations.
Gentle Kundalini Yoga + Relaxation 8 week course
Starts Wed 19th July 8.30-9.30pm
Come and enjoy around 30 minutes of gentle yoga + 30 minutes of relaxation to get your blissed out in 2016. We do a little bit of chanting and meditation too. It’s the perfect way to relax mid-week.
